Appointments

Duration for services are estimated due to people having different hair densities, textures and conditions. We work on schedule or ahead of schedule at times. Give yourself plenty of time when booking your appointment incase of delays as you may be subject to a waiting period.

Please be on time

​

Let us know if you're running late to your appointment, we allow up to 15 minutes before cancelling appointment. However, we will have to do what we can do with the time left for our appointment with extra time charges if needed.

Deposits

​

We require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings. Deposits are non- refundable, you can reschedule your appointment just once with the same deposit at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment otherwise you will lose your deposit.

Hair preparation 

​

Except for hair washing services please come to your appointment with your hair washed, detangled, blow dried or ready to be blow dried and product free. If needed, please make sure you have the necessary add ons before coming to your appointment. Extra charges are applicable if hair preparation terms and conditions are not met. For styles that require synthetic hair, it is included in the price for most services  Human hair is not included for any services.

Policy on children

​

We accept children as clients at Divine Atelier. However, we ask that your child be at least 5 years old and have the maturity to be able to sit long enough to have their hair styled. We require that you accompany children under 12 years old while they are having their hair styled. In the event that your child is not able to tolerate having their hair done, we will be forced to discontinue their services.
